Week of: Monday, January 25th, 2009 As time goes by, i find myself constantly searching for more time to accomplish all the things i need to do. This has become an ongoing challenge and i've mentioned this several times before. I'm sure for many of you, placing time for personal physical health at the top of your 'To Do' list does not always happen. Take comfort knowing that this is the case for the majority of us & that it's a constant work in progress. Adding a fitness, dance or exercise class (perhaps with a friend) to your schedule is any easier way to incorporate exercise without feeling as though it's taking away from the limited time you have. Schedule it in and you may just feel your 'To Do' list gets shorter. |
