As winter nears and our shoulders grow closer to our ears on a daily basis, there is no better time than now to 'REV' up your levels of physical activity. Adding an extra class to your regular dance/fitness/exercise schedule will help to give you that push you needed to stick to your goals.
Try adding a class you've always wanted to try but haven't taken the plunge with yet. Dance/fitness/exercise classes are excellent ways to free your body of the tension of the cold and keep you on your path to overall health and wellness.
